Garbage & Recycle

Recycle Schedule
recycle guidelines

The garbage and recycle rate for all customers with water and/or sewer service is $25 per month. This includes one 65 gal garbage cart and one 96 gal recycle cart. If you fill your 65 gal garbage cart and still have more garbage to put out, you may purchase an orange Jendro Sanitation bag(s) from City Hall or Yesway. They are $2 per bag.
Garbage collection is every Monday. Recycle collection is EVERY OTHER Monday. Make sure items are out by 7am. All carts must be at curb/end of driveway and away from mail box, parked cars, trees, etc. The truck has arms that come down to pick up each cart and it needs plenty of space in order to do this. The lid on the cart must be shut as well.
